Understanding the body from the inside out is central to all our sessions. Our goal is to help you achieve and exceed the core strength you desire using safe and effective exercises. All of our instructors are fully qualified and insured to teach and have a wealth of experience and expertise having taught people across many parts of the world.
Specific programmes are designed for those who have been injured, postpartum or during pregnancy.
With over 15 years years of experience within the health and fitness industry across the world, we are capable of analysing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for our clients. We will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthier lifestyle.
In person sessions are held in a number of different locations, see each session for exact location.
Online sessions are delivered by Zoom and can be joined live or viewed at a later date by record ing. It is optional as to whether you chose to have your video on, but if you chose not to, we are unable to give your specific instruction and feedback.
